Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services or products provided, we will refund back applicable refundable amount, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each service or product before ordering it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services or products, clients have the liberty to cancel their order and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
User should be able to Cancel the order by clicking a Cancel button in Open orders tab or by calling Customer Care ONLY if it is not dispatched or completed. Customer Care cancels the Order through Admin portal and a cancellation SMS is given to user and vendors linked with Order.
In case any customer is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide applicable refundable amount.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account. If payment was done by cash, refunds will be made through electronic bank transfer to the valid bank account with all details (IFSC Code, Bank Account Number, Name of Customer and Bank Branch) provided by customer.
